My email box fills with questions: what about the coronavirus epidemic? Is death on its way from Asia to the West? There is no vaccine for this viral scourge. Will our infants who have no antibodies against this virus die? Will vulnerable and frail senior adults be whisked off in ambulances to hospital intensive care units, never to return home as they drown from fluid in their lungs (pneumonia)?
But coronavirus it is just a common cold virus.
Yep, the coronavirus is just a common virus that infects your nose, sinuses and upper throat and produces the same symptoms as a cold. But the fear that is being spread by public health authorities and the news media would make one think the earth is in the middle of a historic human pandemic.

The nation’s corps of elite medical news reporters isn’t touching this one. It’s a commentary entitled “Systematic Review of The Predictors of Statin Drug Adherence For the Primary Prevention of Cardiovascular Disease, published in PUBLIC LIBRARY OF SCIENCE (PLoS One), in January of 2019.
Facing off seven manufacturers of statin drugs that sell billions of dollars of these cholesterol-lowering drugs, leading critics of the “statin drug parade” said this:

Newly passed legislation in California limits medical exemptions to no more than 5% of school children while the number of children at risk for vaccine-induce autoimmune reactions exceeds that number.
California Senate Bill SB276 limits medical exemptions to fewer than 95% of students vaccinated, given that a 95% vaccination rate is required to produce immunity in a grade school population.
However, a recent report published in the European Association For Predictive Preventive & Personalized Medicine indicates autoimmune disorders have increased significantly over the last 30 years and affect more than 5% of individuals worldwide at the age of vaccination.”

Cured yesterday of my disease, I died last nite of my physician.
–Matthew Prior, 1664-1721 AD Columbia Book of Quotations 1996
A terrorist could not kill more people than American medicine has. We think of a fanatic pouring some deadly toxin in our water supply or wiping out millions of lives with some superbug. But these assassins come in white coats and are paid by insurance companies. Needless care is one thing, but death by doctoring is another. Once prescription medicine becomes an income stream its purveyors will overlook death to sustain their income stream. In the U.S., even if there is no effective treatment, doctors will find some way to bill insurance.

It tastes salty. It is in your kitchen. And it’s dirt cheap. And it’s threatening Big Pharma? What is it?
Just tell your doctor: “Hold the steroid shots, anti-inflammatory drugs and pain relievers. I’ll take a quarter teaspoon of baking soda straight up with water.” Could Big Pharma be brought to its knees by sodium bicarbonate pills?

The three trillion-dollar income stream produced by the medical industrial complex is about to come demolished by a home remedy – baking soda. Buy stock in Arm & Hammer. (Church & Dwight Co. Ltd.)
Now for the details:
Researchers at the Medical College of Georgia have discovered a nerve center in a cell layer in the spleen that controls the immune response and therefore inflammation throughout the body. Given that virtually all chronic age-related disease involves inflammation (called inflammaging), this discovery is of monumental significance and has widespread application for virtually every organ and tissue in the body as the spleen is not only an abdominal organ that is involved in the recycling of old blood cells but is also a key part of the human immune system.

In the land of the blind,
a one-eyed man is king.
Over 130 years ago modern medicine began chasing down the cause of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and has come up empty handed. No one knows what causes ALS let alone what might successfully treat it. But recent discoveries explain why. Maybe ALS doesn’t originate in motor neuron cells but in the environmental surrounding nerve cells.
The current predicament of ALS patients is next to hopeless. This motor neuron disease is without a known cause and there is no meaningfully effective treatment. ALS affects 5000 newly diagnosed patients annually in the U.S. However, published research on the origin(s) of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS – aka Lou Gehrig’s disease) is mounting at a rapid pace and may portend a therapeutic change of course.

Licorice root extract is your best bet to quelling lingering bouts of the flu but you aren’t likely to hear much about it. Every year the Centers for Disease Control working in concert with vaccine makers creates undue public fear over influenza-related deaths to panic people to undergo flu vaccination. The news media follows along and reports thousands of deaths from the flu, but according to a report published in the British Medical Journal, deaths of aged adults due to pneumonia are combined with the flu to make it fasely appear the flu is a widespread killer.

The problems posed by zinc deficiency, and evidence of the health benefits proposed by zinc supplementation, continue to mount.
The Recommended Daily Allowance as adhered to by most multivitamins is inadequate to meet the desperate need for zinc by the human body, particularly during early developmental periods of childhood and late stages of life when a shortage of zinc induces shrinkage of the thymus gland and impairment of the immune system.

Low thyroid hormone levels can result in mental confusion. Which only adds to the bewildering state of affairs when it comes to recognizing and rectifying low or high thyroid hormone levels.
While thyroid hormone dysfunction affects 1% of the general population it affects 10% of senior adults (10% females; 6% males).
Many millions of Americans rely on thyroid hormone replacement. But about as many (13 million estimated) may have low thyroid levels and don’t know it.
